Ex-Journey's frontman Steve Perry has released only 2 solo albums (the third one is said to released in 2009) since 1984, and scored only 1 top10 hits and 4 more top40 hits. So compiling Perry's greatest hits album is not so hard to do, the only tricky thing is that which tracks you would picked to fill the album.

As part of Sony's Playlist series, this 14-track collection contains all of Perry's solo chart hits - from 1984's smash "Oh Sherrie" to the last one "Missing You" in 1994 - the rest are album cuts. The only complaint is that the producer chose the new edit version of "You Better Wait" and live version of "Missing You" instead of original album version. Nevertheless, with the remaster sound and budget price, this is really an enjoyable album for arena rock fans.
