The second volume of Eric Records’ special collection collected more 20 great-but-rare orchestral works. Although the songs here might not as good as the previous one (because most of the well-known ones are already on the first volume), the selections here are still great.

Here are more great theme songs from the classic movies and television shows including ‘Ben Casey’, ‘Rocky’, ‘The Dark at the Top of the Stairs’, ‘A Man and A Woman’, ‘The Apartment’, and ‘Route 66’. Other highlights are hard-to-find tracks, such as Franck Pourcel’s instrumental version of Little Peggy March’s “I Will Follow Him”, George Martin’s own instrumental release of Beatles’ song “Ringo’s Theme” that actually became a small hit in US, and “Nadia’s Theme” from the television series ‘The Young & The Restless’. It is a great collection of memorable orchestral gems from the golden era.
